Glen Oak
This project consisted of a 12,000 SF multi-use facility to house the Maintenance Department and the Gun Club in a custom pre-manufactured metal building. By extending out a section of a typical premanufactured building, treating it with nicer finishes, and adding a masonry fireplace we were able to give the look of a lodge for the gun club, all within a building typically relegated to utilitarian purposes. In addition to the gun club the building house all the functions of a typical country club maintenance facility including offices, break room, locker rooms, vehicle parking, equipment storage, and a dormitory for seasonal workers.
